Nigeria was once the world's largest producer of palm oil. Today, it imports over a million metric tonnes annually to meet domestic demand. At the same time, natural rubber — a globally traded commodity — remains underprocessed across West Africa. These gaps represent both a structural failure and a generational opportunity.
Ardena Agro was founded to close these gaps — not with incremental improvement, but with an integrated, zero-waste approach to agricultural processing. We combine palm oil milling with rubber production on a single platform, designed from first principles: every harvest generates value, every byproduct becomes a product.
