Integrated Agricultural Processing
A Next-Generation Zero-Waste Agro-Processing Platform
Ardena Agro is developing an integrated, zero-waste agricultural processing platform for palm oil and natural rubber in Nigeria. Through a phased value-chain strategy, we will connect production, aggregation, processing, resource recovery, agricultural inputs, and market access within one scalable operating ecosystem.
Premium products. Zero waste. Designed for scale.
Where We Stand Today
Development Stage
Ardena Agro is a development-stage company. Our team and headquarters are active today; our processing complex is in the site selection and feasibility stage. Here's what exists now, and what's next.
Currently in the Land & Feasibility phase
In Progress
Land & Feasibility
Identifying and evaluating potential sites in Ondo State, engaging with landowners, and conducting feasibility studies.
Upcoming
Construction
Building the palm oil mill, rubber processing line, and power plant.
Upcoming
Commissioning
Testing, calibration, and ramp-up toward planned nominal capacity of up to 30 metric tonnes of fresh fruit bunches per hour.
Upcoming
Commercial Operations
Full-scale production and delivery across all commercial outputs.
What We Do
Palm Oil & Rubber Processing
We are building a vertically integrated agricultural platform — designed to turn fresh fruit bunches and rubber into premium products, clean energy, and organic inputs. Nothing goes to waste, by design.
Palm Oil Processing
We are developing our palm oil mill — planned nominal capacity of up to 30 metric tonnes of fresh fruit bunches per hour — designed to convert fresh fruit bunches into crude palm oil, palm kernel oil, and palm kernel cake — for food manufacturers, cosmetics companies, and export markets across West Africa and beyond.
Rubber Processing
Through strategic intercropping on our plantation, we are developing natural rubber production and processing — a globally traded commodity used in tyres, industrial goods, and medical products. Traded in USD, it provides commodity diversification and potential access to hard-currency export revenues.
Clean Energy
Palm fibre, kernel shells, and mill effluent will be converted into biomass power and biogas — designed to provide affordable, reliable electricity for our operations and surrounding communities at a fraction of diesel costs.
Agricultural Inputs
Empty fruit bunches and processing residues will be composted into premium organic fertiliser, while palm kernel cake will provide protein-rich animal feed — supporting local farmers and closing the nutrient loop.
Our Process
From Harvest to Delivery
The streamlined, zero-waste process we're building to extract maximum value from every fresh fruit bunch and rubber harvest.
Harvest
Fresh fruit bunches and rubber to be sourced from our plantation and local smallholder farms
Process
A palm oil mill — planned nominal capacity of up to 30 metric tonnes of fresh fruit bunches per hour — and rubber processing line, in development, designed for sterilisation, pressing, kernel separation, and latex treatment
Recover
Every byproduct designed to be captured — shells, fibre, effluent, empty bunches — engineered for minimal waste
Deliver
Palm oil, rubber, energy, and agricultural products to be delivered to buyers across West Africa and beyond
